1. General

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you as an individual or legal entity and TeraCortex. It covers the executable trial software ("The product") and associated product documentation. Images are not comprised and you are not eligible to use them in any way except for personal readership. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the software product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access or use the software product. Failure to comply with the following rules automatically terminates your license and you must remove all copies of this product from all devices. This license is governed by the law of the Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

2. Software Product License

The product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The product is licensed, not sold. TeraCortex grants you the following rights, provided that you comply with all terms and conditions of this evaluation. TeraCortex reserves any rights that are not expressivly granted here.

3. Granted Rights

TeraCortex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free license to install and use one copy of the product on a single computer, device, workstation, terminal, or other electronic device solely to evaluate the product, test its compatibility with other products and provide feedback to TeraCortex during the licensed time period. Upon expiration of the permitted time period, your rights to the product end and you must remove and destroy all copies of the product and any components thereof from your devices.

4. Forbidden Use in Production

This product is not released for use in production. You may not install, run or use otherwise the product in a live operating environment. In any case we strongly recommend to backup any data that might be affected by use of this product.

5. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or decompose the product or make unauthorized copies. You may not rent, lease, lend or transfer the product, or your license to the product, or host the product for third parties. If you want to disclose benchmark results of this product to third party, you must ask TeraCortex for written approval. You may not circumvent copy protection or use time restriction mechanisms of the product. It is illegal to use this product to attack servers or other entities in a network.

6. No Obligation for Support

TeraCortex may or may not deliver technical or other support. We decide on a case by case basis to support or not support users of this trial software.

7. License Time Period Termination

The license ends 31.12.2017. At this date you must stop using the product and remove all copies from all your devices.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All material associated with the product is owned by TeraCortex with the only exception of the base64 and BER encoding libraries which are intellectual property of the OpenLDAP foundation.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The product is supplied "as is". There is no warranty at all, neither expressed nor implied. TeraCortex cannot be held liable for any mistakes, faults, error results, loss of data or profit, work effort, process or business interuption, financial, consequential or other damage caused by execution or other use or misuse of the product.
